Congratulations to Lauren Votava and Haley Spencer in making times that put them in the Olympic Trials meet in Omaha June of 2012.

GOOD LUCK to all our swimmers returning to college teams and those just starting up - we will miss you and wish you luck with your new team mates and coaches. ROCKWOOD hopes to have taught you all you need to succeed with any challenge you face...go with an open mind and let the coach "coach". Anytime you want to get in touch, you know where we are....
High School season is rolling along - congratulations to those of you who have already made state qualifying times. Please try to stay on top of meet selection as some of these deadlines will come early n the season but the meet is much later on the calendar. We are a competitive swimming program and as such you need to compete- that means sign up for meets. Good luck at Marquette Relays if your team is swimming and any dual meets you have coming up.
SWIMMER OF THE MONTH- 2010-11 season
Practice this week will be affected by the weather - please make sure to check for a Tweet to see if practice has been moved or changed. We start with running so be prepared and that will continue until the end of November. Kelley is looking for a 5K-10K run that you can participate in during November.
