Rockwood Swim Club wins the Columbia Invitational with a strong team showing. Each group had highlights to brag about and each coach was quick to admit the meet went well for the swimmers. Most swimmers remembered their psyche buddy and got to know someone from a new group. Next up for Rockwood - the Winter Invite at the Rec-Plex.

Greater Southwest Invitational Feb 6-8th- If you are considering this meet airfare has dropped to $179.50 round trip on the 8:40 pm departure. Book on Southwest.com flight # 604 on February 5 and #46 on February 8. Make sure to copy your reservation confirmation to Coach Liston at mlrsca2004@earthink.net..... This is a good prelim - final meet with fast competition. Check the travel page for information on hotel rooms.
Lauren Votava has been invited to attend USA Swimming National Select Camp in Colorado Springs at the Olympic Training Center. This camp is selected off last years Long Course times at Nationals, US Open and Juniors. Lauren is the third ranked 100 freestyler for 14 year old girls in the United States. Camp is held in January.
