Long Course Records have been updated!

Rockwood Swim Club was represented by Amber Green and Lauren Votava at the first Short Course Nationals sponsored by USA Swimming. The meet was held in Austin, Texas at the University of Texas Pool.  Amber placed fourth in the 100 free and 11th in the 50 free.  Lauren was 13th in the 100 free and 19th in the 50 free. 

VIRTUAL CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS - ROCKWOOD IS 34th in the USA...IMX scores are updated and we have several swimmers in the top 100 for the country

Holiday Break is over- please return to your normal winter schedule or cocnsult you group coach for any changes.

Team Distance meet was a big success- thanks to our parents and swimmers for all the help.  Megan Popp and Abby Watson both made Sectional qualifying times in 1650.

Arctic Blast is at Summit High School - remember to check in for 1650, 500 and 1000.
